WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?

The minimum fee for any work is $25.00. There is no minimum quantity for embroidered items. Custom rhinestone and screen-printed minimums are 24 pieces per each design.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You should usually allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be completed, but the time could be shorter or longer, depending on, item availability, the size of your order, shop schedule, etc. You will be notified of timeline at time of purchase.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Due to the nature of custom work, cost is based on the quantity of items ordered, the size of the design, and whether there is more than one location to be imprinted. We are always happy to give you a quote and work within your budget!
To give you a general idea, typically a single name under 4″ in width may cost around $10-15. Since the shop minimum is $25, it is possible that you may be able to get 2 names stitched out for $25. I use the terms “possible” and “maybe” because pricing for custom work varies. For example, if you are getting a name stitched in glitter thread, it will cost more because glitter thread is a specialty thread that requires special attention, and pricing reflects that. A monogram under 4″ in width will cost approximately $15, whereas really big monogram, one you might put on a shower curtain may cost $125 or more. If you are purchasing 100 items and want the same monogram on each item, it will cost less than $15, because there is only one set-up required per monogram. Because there are so many variables, costs vary from job to job, and it’s always best to submit a quote request through the site.

Are there set-up fees?

Embroidery set-up fees start at $40 per each custom design; a left chest logo may cost $40 to set up, whereas the same logo on a jacket back may cost $80. Pricing is typically set by digitizers based on complexity of design, size, or number of stitches.
Custom rhinestone set-up fees are typically $35 per design (and require a minimum order of 24 pieces)
Artwork set-up fees for screen-printed work are also typically $35 per design.
“Set-up” entails the process of getting designs ready for production. In the case of embroidery, an image needs to be converted to a file that the machine can understand, read, and stitch in appropriate sequence with the right thread colors.
With rhinestone work, the rhinestone transfer manufacturers convert your image into a template that can be used to create your rhinestone designs.
Custom screen printed work requires vector art (and a minimum order of 24 pieces), therefore, if you are able to supply artwork in vector format, that fee will be waived, pending artwork approval.
Set-up fees are a one-time cost per each decorating medium, per size. If you have a design you would like embroidered and rhinestoned, that will require a set-up fee for each, as they are different processes.
There are no set-up fees for individual names or monograms.

DO I SUPPLY THE ITEMS I WANT TO HAVE EMBROIDERED/EMBELLISHED?

We can supply almost any style apparel or accessory from our various vendors. Customer supplied merchandise can be used upon our discretion. Items that are irreplaceable will not be accepted for custom work. Please understand that due to the nature of the business, any item that is being embroidered, rhinestoned or decorated any other way is at risk of getting damaged. 2-5% is the typical spoilage rate in this industry, meaning, that there is a 2-5% chance that your supplied item may be damaged by our shop; we require a signed waiver before taking in customer supplied merchandise. Guarantees/warranties not applicable to customer supplied products.
